Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with our products. The only thing that we'll request is to fill out a survey to let us know about your experience so we can improve our products. Just fill out our form online with our order number and we'll take care of it!

 

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return & exchange shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the buyer is responsible for sending the products back. We recommend using a postage service with tracking in order to have proof of return.  

If you need to return an item, please email us at contact@solas-co.com with your order number and the product you would like to return. Our team will assist you with the return process.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of your package being returned to our address.
